Counseling and Health Services and the Coronavirus Outbreak
Counseling and health services is available by phone or your health portal for care and consultation. We encourage you to send our nurse practitioners or therapists questions, prescription refill requests, or other non-urgent medical or counseling needs via your health portal or by leaving us a voicemail at 978-542-6413. We will be in touch within one business day.
The health services team continues to provide medical care to all students via telemedicine and limited in-person appointments. At this time, in-person appointments are only scheduled by our Nurse Practitioners after an initial telemedicine visit and consultation and as allowable by the Commonwealth’s phased re-opening guidelines.
