Projects can not be started until all files are received via the web form
Text must be final copy, and in a word document
Once you submit the request form, a project manager is assigned to the project and it is placed in our queue for design. You will receive a client approval request including your PDF for review within a few days, and we allow two rounds of revisions.
You will submit any edits and your approval through this approval request. Once you approve the PDF, we send the file to the copy center in order for your project to be printed. If the copy center requires any additional information prior to printing, they will reach out to the contact listed on the project request form via email.
Please remember to plan ahead as all design projects at the university are required to be developed by marketing and therefore immediate turnaround is often not possible as we help the entire campus.
