Research Administration is a department under academic affairs that serves the entire campus community. We provide administrative services, including application review processing and committee oversight to the Institutional Review Board (IRB) and Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC). Research administration ensures the ethical conduct of research at Salem State through the administration of the Institutional Review Board (IRB) for the protection of human subjects research, Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) other compliance policies.
