Design Project Submission Form

SUBMISSIONS


  • Please attach all files pertinent to the job when submitting your request. Jobs cannot be started until ALL files are received.


  • Text should be approved and FINAL before submitting. Submit your text in a Word document.


  • Photos should be high-quality. (We cannot use images pulled from the internet as they are often too low quality for printing and/or break copyright policies.)


  • Images must be sent as individual files in the original file type. Do not place images within a Word document.


  • PDF files with edits in the comments section are accepted.


  • We do NOT accept Canva, Publisher or PowerPoint files.


If you attempt to upload a file that exceeds 30 MB you’ll need to complete the form again to successfully submit your request. Please attach ALL files pertinent to the job. (Multiple files may be uploaded) If you have more than ten files that could exceed 30 MB place them in a folder and zip them first. The zipped folder can then be submitted as one upload but still with a 30 MB size limit.


Do not wait until the last minute to submit your design request.


  • Most projects require AT LEAST TWO WEEKS to complete, more complicated projects may take longer.


  • Please leave time to accommodate for printing and mailing.


  • Please be aware that there will be ONLY TWO ROUNDS OF REVISIONS for most projects.


  • The Copy Center requires 24 business hours for MOST in-house jobs to be completed. Run time is determined by the operator, number of originals and quantity. Larger volume runs require additional time.


  • For reprints please include Job Number and Date (MC#0000_00/00/00) and if available a proof or photo.
