Indoor Mask Requirement

Masks are required in all indoor public spaces, and are recommended in outdoor locations if individuals are not able to socially distance. Students do not have to wear masks within their private rooms or suites that they reside in on-campus. Masks will be required for all people entering the residence halls.

Move in Helpers

Although there is not a limit to the number of guests/visitors you can bring for move in or the amount of time they can help you unpack; most students do not bring more than 2 other people with them.

All guests and visitors are encouraged to get tested before helping with move in. Regardless of vaccination status, all guests and visitors will need wear a mask and to sign an attestation form to verify no current symptoms or exposures.

Save time! Move-in helpers, fill out and print the attestation form here and bring it with you to move in. (We'll have extra paper forms available.)

If any student, guest, or visitor were to experience symptoms on move-in day, we ask that you do not come to campus. Students should additionally contact Counseling and Health Services by phone.

What to expect the day of move in

Students will go to O’Keefe during their testing time and receive clearance to head to their hall. Upon arrival, students will unload their vehicle in an unloading zone. Once unloaded, a family member or friend will be expected to move the car as the student checks into the hall. For students traveling by themselves, UP will guide students where to park after they unload.

Reminder: students should check in at the O'Keefe Complex at their assigned time slot, prior to arriving at their residence hall.
