In addition, you MUST:
- Complete all aid-related items on the to-do list in your "Tasks" tile within your Navigator account.
Access the requirements and forms online. You can upload documents using the health portal located in Navigator, or mail/ fax to the office. Make sure the documentation has been received by checking the student health portal. Contact counseling and health services (CHS) with questions at 978.542.6410.
IMPORTANT: These must be submitted two weeks prior to the CHS office to ensure they're processed ahead of your move-in date.
A matriculated undergraduate student must be enrolled in 12 or more credits. A matriculated graduate student must be enrolled in 3 or more credits.

IMPORTANT: To determine if you are registered as a full-time student you will need to add your credits together from your class schedule
Exceptions: Exceptions are granted on a very limited basis and could include for students graduating in the fall semester which may be less than 12 credits, but will require permission from residence life.
NOTE: Students who are unable to satisfy the requirements of the move-in policy will not be allowed to move into the residence halls and will not have access to the meal plan. Students should submit a housing cancellation request through their housing portal with residence life as soon as possible to have the housing and meal plans charges adjusted on their student account.
