1. Settle your bill. Pay your bill in full, be on an approved payment plan and/or have sufficient financial resources to cover your balance (includes completing all aid related items on your to-do list in your Navigator account). You can confirm your total aid and account balance in Navigator as well. 

2. Complete your health and immunization requirements with Counseling and Health Services. Access the requirements and forms here. Make sure the documentation has been received by checking the student health portal. Contact counseling and health services with questions at 978.542.6410.

    Pay your bill

    • Salem State accepts checks, money order and debit/credit cards (online only)
    • Spring bills are due January 5 and fall bills are due August 5

    Payments can be made online via Navigator:
    Student login portal.

    Enroll in an interest-free monthly payment plan offered by Tuition Management Systems

    Confirm your financial aid

    Confirm your financial aid package will cover the direct expenses to Salem State University. Your aid package may include grants, scholarships, waivers, and loans. If you need additional funds, you may consider applying for private or federal PLUS loans. Check your financial aid on Navigator
