Fitness Programs

Our group exercise program offers a variety of classes to meet the needs and interests of Gassett Fitness Center members of all ages and abilities. Our nationally certified instructors provide intensity modifications for all fitness levels to ensure that everyone can take a step toward meeting their fitness goals. Our classes will motivate all participants while promoting fun, reducing stress, and improving overall wellness. Join us today and let's get moving! Classes are included with all membership types.

Pre-Registration is Required

Pre-registration is required for all group exercise classes and registration opens 24 hours in advance of the class.  Register today using the Fusion web portal.

Summer 2026 Schedule

Class Dates: Tuesday, June 2 – Thursday, July 30 

Tuesday 

  • 5:30-6:15 pm Flow and Restore Yoga (Brianna) 

Wednesday 

  • 5:30-6:15 pm Total Body Conditioning (Sarah) 

Thursday 

  • 5:30-6:15 pm Functional Training – Turf/Rig (Lisa)  

Class Descriptions

Flow and Restore Yoga – this style of yoga will combine dynamic flowing sequences with a restorative practice to create balance and relaxation. 

Functional Training – using a variety of equipment on our indoor turf and SYNRGY 360, this class will focus on purpose through movement patterns, incorporating a wide range of strength and cardio modalities including mobility, strength, power, and endurance. 

Total Body Conditioning – this class combines strength and cardio exercises for an effective, total body workout. Get your heart pumping, break a sweat, and challenge yourself! 

Join our class to learn self-defense, enhance self-discipline, and build unshakable self-confidence. This traditional art form will strengthen your body and nourish your mind and soul. Don’t miss this opportunity for personal growth and empowerment.

In our small group training program, the trainer will work with a group of 5-8 people for a more personalized experience than our larger group exercise classes. The focus will be on providing individualized attention, fostering camaraderie, and achieving fitness goals within a supportive environment.

Our 12-week program will be held at the Gassett Fitness Center on the functional training/turf area. There will be a series of progressions in functional movements to build a foundation of strength.
