Orientation

Salem State University's Orientation office is dedicated to facilitating a successful transition for incoming first-year and transfer students into the Viking community. Through comprehensive orientation programs, students are introduced to the university's academic, social and support resources while building connections with orientation leaders, faculty, staff, and peers. The office strives to cultivate student knowledge, confidence, and a strong sense of belonging as they embark on their Salem State journey.
