If a student has received an approved Request for Cancellation Form, the student will be subject to the following cancellation fee and refund policy:
Requests to cancel housing for fall semester received August 1 through the first day of classes: Students shall forfeit the Housing Deposit ($300) and shall be assessed a $250 cancellation fee, housing charges will be refunded.
Requests to cancel housing for spring semester received the first Tuesday in January through the first day of spring semester classes: Students will be assessed a $250 cancellation fee (except for academic dismissal) and housing charges will be refunded.
