A Trike Called Funk: A pop-up party on three wheels.

DJ Edward Galan and dance lead Aaron Myers will activate the space with music genres and dance forms rooted in Funk and Hip Hop across the African diaspora in the Americas. They will be joined by the UNDRGRD, Salem State's own urban street dance collective.
11:30 am- 1 pm
Join us for the Student Involvement Fair, where all of our student organizations, along with various offices and campus resources, will be at the fair and ready to talk with you about what they offer and how to join their club or attend their events this year! Hope to see you there!

HSI Week Campus Briefing: Advancing Our Roadmap to Servingness

In recognition of Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSI) Week 2025, celebrated the week before Hispanic and Latinx Heritage Month, we invite our community members to join us for a campus update on national HSI trends and developments, as well as SSU’s continued progress as an HSI-MSI.
As we enter the third year of the SSU Roadmap to Servingness, this session will highlight key initiatives, milestones, engagement opportunities, and celebrate being the first four-year HSI-MSI in MA.
First-Year Students! Come join FAB to create a vision board showing off your goals for fall semester. These could be academic, personal, etc. We hope to see you!

It's a new era for Mario Kart as we celebrate the release of the Switch 2! Test your skills in our first-ever Mario Kart World Tournament! The winner receives bragging rights and ClipperCash

Filled with music, dancing, and glowing fun. This event involves water, foam, and paint. DO NOT wear valuable clothing as the paint can stain. Come dressed in items you don’t mind getting ruined! Bags are NOT allowed at this event. We will have small plastic bags available for personal items. Program Council and Salem State are not liable for any damaged electronics or personal items.

Stop by Alumni Plaza on North Campus to meet the exploratory puppies and learn more about the Exploratory Program for undeclared students. Also open to those who have questions regarding majors, minors, or want to hang out with some dogs!

Reminder to Pick Up Your Parking Pass
If you ordered a parking pass (faculty, administration, staff, commuter student, resident student) for the 25/26 academic year, please come by the university police station to pick it up.

Outdoor Sculpture at Maudslay-Exhibition and North Campus Installation

There is no other exhibit quite like Outdoor Sculpture at Maudslay. This artist-organized event is egalitarian, intergenerational, public, and site-specific. No juror chooses the artworks. The Winfisky Gallery celebrates Outdoor Sculpture at Maudslay with an extensive exhibition of highlights from 25 years of site-specific public art. In addition to the exhibition in the gallery, sculptures will be installed throughout the North Campus during the exhibition and will remain on view through December 2025.
