Administrative Hearing Procedures

A Community Standards Staff Member, the Associate Dean of Students, or designee determines whether the incident will be handled through an administrative hearing or conduct board hearing. If the alleged violation could result in separation from the university, the matter may be resolved by a Community Standards Staff Member, the Associate Dean of Students, designee, or the conduct board.
