Meet Your Transfer Connections Liaison

My name is Sharon German, I am a Transfer Connections Liaison for Salem State University. I guide prospective students through the transfer process and provide support throughout your entire educational journey to bachelor’s degree completion. Whether it is how to fill out an application, which classes to register for, or deciding on a major, I am here to help!

The Transfer Fellow Scholarship offers $3,000 to full- and part-time students transferring to Salem State with an associate degree from NECC or NSCC. Advance your education while keeping costs low!

Eligibility Requirements

Earn an associate degree at NECC or NSCC and transfer to SSU within one year of graduating
Enroll in SSU’s day program
Open to in-state and out-of-state students
Maintain consecutive enrollment (fall and spring)
Submit the FAFSA annually (before classes starting)
Complete your bachelor’s degree within five years of transferring
Stay in good academic standing (2.0+ GPA)
Enroll in at least two classes per semester
