Information related to Self Service Time and Attendance can be found in Polaris including instructions on how to login, how to enter your time, who to contact for password resets and help materials. 

Visit the payroll forms post in Polaris to access: payroll forms, including additional compensation, direct deposit, withholding forms, overtime meal reimbursement, paid detail requests, professional attendance reports, requests for leave, requests for overtime and weekly time sheets.
