First Year Experience encourages you to show appreciation for someone who has impacted you. The purpose of the Outstanding First Year Advocate Award is to recognize faculty, university staff members, and student staff leaders (mentors, tutors, peer leaders, RAs, orientation leaders) who excel in supporting first year students and the goals of the first year experience program at Salem State University.
Has someone made a difference in your first year of college? We encourage you to take a moment and recognize their efforts to make your first year a positive one. Nominate them! Nominations are due Friday, March 25, 2022.
