Join us for a presentation from Salem State alumnus Jonathan Ozek, a deaf and hard of hearing advocate accessibility and communication cosultant and founder of Hear You Rise Foundation, Inc.
The Hear You Rise Foundation and movement focuses on hearing loss awareness, advocacy, and support, connecting people to resources, promoting accessibility, and empowering the Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing community. Keeping communication accessible is an ongoing effort. The goal is straightforward: design spaces and practices so that everyone can understand, be understood, and fully take part.
This event is part of the Spring 2026 Interprofessional Event Series from the Maguire Meservey College of Health and Human Services.
