Come join the Center for Civic Engagement during SSU's community time on Monday, April 27, 2026, to build relationships, participate in games and activities, and share laughs with older adults! The shuttle will pick up students at 10:25 am outside of the Marsh bus stop or at 10:35 am outside of Dunkin' to access transportation and return around 12:30 pm. Transportation, breakfast at Dunks, snacks, and juice provided. If you do not need transportation, please meet us at the Salem Council on Aging at 11 am.
This opportunity requires a background check through the City of Salem. Once the background check is complete and approved, you can volunteer with us anytime in the City of Salem moving forward. Please set up a time with Kate Adams to complete the background check at kadams2@salemstate.edu.
