Official transcript from all institutions attended, documenting an undergraduate cumulative G.P.A. of at least 2.75 overall and 3.0 in the major field of study.
If you attended an institution outside of the United States, a transcript evaluation from one of our approved agencies is required.
If your undergraduate final grade point average falls below the minimum stated, please contact Graduate Admissions.
Two references; from persons able to speak to your academic qualifications and performance.
