Sodexo is the exclusive approved dining services provider including catering for all university events, a food service contract with Salem State provides first right to all food services on Campus. Our Executive chefs and the Viking Dining team are excited to offer the best catering experience, whether it is a small office gathering, student event, or large function. Viking dining catering team is trained and certified to uphold all of the food and physical safety regulations for service and transportation of catered food.
Please book your catered events at least two weeks prior to the function date to allow enough time to plan the event, order food, and ensure your catering is top notch. Depending on the size of the event, the catering team may be able to accommodate late requests. Events requiring bars and or food trucks may need additional time to plan and coordinate with those vendors.
