Forrest R. Rodgers, PhD, was awarded the Marion and Jasper Whiting Foundation Grant for the 2018-2019 academic year. The purpose of the fellowship is to enable college and university professors to expand their knowledge and quality of instruction through travel to an international destination. Professor Rodgers will be traveling to the Dominican Republic to examine issues of ethnicity, immigration, crime, and criminal justice.
