On May 20, biology lab instructor Ted Maney presented on offshore mussel aquaculture at National Fisheries Institute (NFI) Bivalve School, a comprehensive course on bi-valve education.
NFI’s Species School is designed for anyone in the supply chain responsible for bringing seafood to market, including producers, harvesters, brokers, distributors, retail and food service professionals. From industry “newbies” to seasoned professionals, everyone can walk away from Species School with a better understanding of the 2021 global seafood species market.
