Fall 2020 Academic Class Schedule Update

Dear Vikings:

We are taking very seriously your health and safety, along with that of our faculty and staff, as we plan for the fall semester. As additional guidance becomes available from state health officials and we review our classroom space on campus, we need to take additional time to finalize fall schedule updates and find spaces that will accommodate all of our in-seat, on-campus classes.

While many of our class modality (whether on-campus or online) updates will be completed by June 22 as we had hoped, not all schedule changes will be in place at that time. There will be some additional updates made between now and the end of June. You are encouraged to log into you Navigator account starting in July to review any updates made to your class schedule.

Students in the School of Nursing may not see final changes until later in the summer, as we wait for additional information from our hospital partners. Please watch your Salem State email for additional information from the School of Nursing as it becomes available.

If you need help with making adjustments to your schedule, our advising and registration staff are here to assist you. Please use the Navigate app to sign-up for an advising and registration information session.

Thank you for your patience with this process, and we are very much looking forward to welcoming you back to our campus for the fall semester in the safest manner possible.

Provost and Academic Vice President
