This class maintains awareness and focus on the breath while moving through a series of postures. This vinyasa style of yoga builds heat, flexibility, and strength while maintaining focus on good alignment and sound structure. Postures will flow together to unite the body to breath and mind.
Offered on Thursdays 5:15-6:15 pm beginning January 24, 2019, and continuing until April 18, 2019, in the Underground Room in Ellison Campus Center.
