Bertolon School of Business Associate Professor JP James, along with co-authors Associate Professor Tyrha Lindsey-Warren (Baylor University) and Assistant Professor Kyungwon Lee (Kean University), recently published an article, "THIS IS ME! The Financial Impact of Ad Agency CEOs and CCOs Who Are Women and People of Color in the C-Suite", in the Advertising and Society Quarterly, Volume 24, Issue 4. Their research focused on understanding ownership's role in revenue when diverse c-suite leaders manage multicultural or general market agencies.
