Edmund Hammond graduated from Salem State University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. Following graduation, he began building his career in the financial services industry at Fidelity Investments, where he worked from 2013 to 2015. 

He later joined Wells Fargo Asset Management, where he continued to expand his expertise in investment management from 2016 to 2021. Since 2021, Edmund has worked at Allspring Global Investments, where he currently serves as an SMA Specialist. 

Professional Contributions

Edmund specializes in Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs), providing customized investment solutions for financial advisors and institutional investors. His work involves helping clients address complex investment challenges through strategies such as:

  • Direct indexing
  • Call option overlays
  • Tax-loss harvesting
  • Other tailored portfolio management approaches

His expertise allows clients to pursue investment strategies that align with their specific financial goals and tax considerations.
