An introduction to Haven
Why did you decide to attend Salem State University? Was it to get an education so you could advance further in your life professionally, or maybe you wanted to deepen your knowledge of a certain subject?
Most likely you are attending Salem State because you wanted to better yourself in some way. The lessons you learn in the classroom will certainly help you achieve that goal, however, at Salem State, we are dedicated to ensuring that our students are advancing themselves beyond the classroom. We are dedicated to setting you up for greater success both as a student and a member of the community here and beyond.
In an effort to further advance our students beyond the classroom, Salem State expects you to complete Haven. This online learning module will help you develop the critical skills to make more thoughtful and educated choices outside the classroom. Our hope is that with these skills you will find greater success both here at Salem State and well beyond you graduate. A communication with registration information will follow in the coming days.
