Course evaluations for Summer II are available Friday, July 31-Saturday, August 15. Students, thank you for taking the time to complete the course evaluations. Your feedback is important to the faculty and helps them adjust the course in the future. Course evaluations are anonymous, and faculty do not receive the summary results until after the course ends. The evaluations also play a role in personnel evaluations and in curriculum planning.
We use online evaluation forms for summer course evaluations.
How to Access Online Course Evaluations:
- We will send links to online evaluation forms for Summer II courses to your SSU email from the email address course_experience@salemstate.edu.
- The link will direct you to a page displaying all courses with active evaluations.
- Click the "Start Now" button to begin. Next, you will see all the course evaluation questions.
- Once you have completed the evaluation, you must click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the final questionnaire page to record your responses.
- You can also access links to evaluation forms through QR codes available, enabling you to login using your SSU single sign-on credentials to access the evaluations.
Faculty can monitor how many students in these courses participate during the evaluation period, but not who responded nor any specific responses. All faculty participate in course evaluations, but SSU does not select all courses for evaluation. For example, we do not administer evaluations in courses with five or fewer students to ensure the confidentiality of student respondents.
Please note that we will send multiple reminders until the evaluation period is over. The reminders will stop being sent as soon as the evaluation is completed.
You may contact the Center for Accessible Academic Resources to request an accommodation to complete an evaluation.
Please contact course_experience@salemstate.edu with any questions about the course evaluation process.
