Reading and Research After AI

Oct 06
Workshop for Faculty

How do we teach students to read challenging course materials and do research after AI? How and why might students use AI in course reading and research contexts? How can instructors model best practices that align with course objectives and their own views on AI? This session will be a space to share your own experiences and views, to learn what other instructors have done to consider AI's implications in the teaching of reading and research, and to consider approaches that might address questions and concerns about student AI usage that have come up this fall.

Facilitated by Jim McGrath, instructional designer, Center for Teaching Innovation (CTI).
