Join the Student Navigation Center, Viking Dining and Campus Dietician Olivia for a cooking demonstration and taste test
The chef will teach participants how to prepare Chicken Fried Rice and Chocolate Lava Cakes in the common space kitchen in Bowditch Hall, using simple budget-friendly ingredients. Students can find most of the ingredients on campus at our mobile food pantry.
Recipe cards and taste tests will be available at the demonstration. Stop by and learn how to make a new affordable meal and dessert!
