As teachers continue to assess the impact of AI on teaching and learning, we've seen a number of responses emphasize "low tech" approaches in coursework and assessment. At the same time we continue to see faculty and student interest in online learning course contexts. How can SSU faculty reflect on the ways their courses, assignments, and lessons incorporate or deviate from certain technologies? What do our students know or want to know about our views on technology and the ways they influence our teaching?
This one-hour workshop will introduce some recent best practices and encourage attendees to connect our conversation to their fall course plans. Please note that this session will not be recorded and will take place on campus. Faculty interested in receiving session materials but unable to attend are welcome to indicate that on the registration form.
