Spring 2026 Leadership Institute is now live and accepting student enrollment!
The Leadership Institute offers students a structured and engaging environment to explore the dynamics of leadership through interactive seminars and reflection.
Using the Social Change Model, students examine their own leadership styles while building practical skills they can apply both on campus and beyond.
Past sessions have covered topics such as:
- Time management
- Ethical decision making
- Diversity and inclusion
- Leadership styles
- Marketing oneself professionally
…and much more!
To successfully complete the institute, students must attend at least five of the six sessions. They also have the option to take the institute as a one-credit course.
We would greatly appreciate your help in encouraging students who may benefit from or enjoy this experience to participate. Interested students should sign up in advance.
