Join us on Sat, Nov 19, from 10 am - 12 pm for a hike on a universal/heart healthy trail. We will meet at the main parking lot and walk over to the universal/heart healthy trail.
The trail is crushed gravel and the hike is open to all ability levels. Come explore one of our great local state parks. This event is co-sponsored by SMS 294 Recreation & Community Wellness, the Student Affairs Committee, and the SMS Club.
It will be student/faculty and state park interpretive specialist lead.
