Grading For Growth: Providing Helpful Revision Comments on Student Writing

In this workshop, we will engage in discussion about crafting comments on student writing. We will discuss when to comment, how to comment, and what kinds of comments are productive in helping students revise and strengthen their writing. We will also discuss best practices for providing feedback to multilingual writers. Instructors will leave the workshop with concrete strategies for commenting on student writing.
