The Leadership Institute offers student leaders a structured and engaging environment to explore the dynamics of leadership through interactive seminars and reflection.
Using the Social Change Model, students examine their own leadership styles while building practical skills they can apply both on campus and beyond.
Past sessions have covered topics such as:
- Time management
- Ethical decision making
- Diversity and inclusion
- Leadership styles
- Marketing oneself professionally
…and much more!
To successfully complete the institute, students must attend at least five of the six sessions. They also have the option to take the institute as a one-credit course.
Deadline – Friday, October 9, 2026, first session begins Wednesday, October 14, 2026
