Student Success and the First Year Experience is hiring students who are interested in serving as Peer Leaders for the 2024-2025 academic year. Peer Leaders help support undeclared students as a Part of the Salem State Exploratory Program by providing 1:1 support, assisting in helping students understand academic requirements, and coordinating community building events.
