Friday, June 5, 2026

The Henry S. Dembowski ‘60, ‘62 Reunion Society Reception - 12 pm

Beginning at 12 pm, this exclusive reception celebrates graduates of 50 or more years ago from Salem State. This year, we return to the Hawthorne Hotel, where we’ll induct the class of 1976 with a full lunch and bar service at this complimentary event. 

Wellness Night and Expo at DOCHAS House of Yoga - 6 pm

Salem State alumna Hannah Colbert ‘13 recently opened her new yoga studio on Canal Street and wants to celebrate with fellow Salem State graduates and friends. Come join Hannah and other local wellness providers to learn more about resources available throughout the region. Complimentary refreshments will be served.

Class of 1976 50th Reunion Celebration - 6-8 pm

Reunion weekend continues as the class of 1976 turns 50! This private celebration of your milestone year awaits on board our private charter of the Hannah Glover. Take in a sunset cruise around Salem harbor, eat, drink and enjoy reminiscing with fellow classmates. Heavy hors d’oeuvres and an open bar are included with your registration.

President’s Night Out - 6-9 pm

Chair of the Board of Trustees, Samanda Morales ‘98 and Chair of the Alumni Association and Foundation Annalisa Di Palma invite you to a complimentary celebration with President Keenan. Exclusive to current and former Salem State board volunteers, join us for an evening of fun connection, while learning more about the successes of our Meet the Moment Campaign.

Rooftop Reception - 7-10 pm

Take in the stunning sights of downtown Salem with the breathtaking views from the roof of one of Salem’s most beautiful buildings, the Hotel Salem. Hors d’oeuvres and an open bar are available at this nighttime celebration.

Campus Walking Tours - 9 am

If it’s been a while since you’ve been back to campus, there’s no doubt that things look a little different. Take part in a campus walking tour with Mike Mitchell ‘07, director of engagement, and see how much campus has changed! Comfortable footwear is recommended for this 90-minute walking tour.

Class of 1976 - On Your Feet! - 12:30 pm

Get ready to feel the rhythm in ON YOUR FEET!, the electrifying musical that tells the inspiring true story of Gloria and Emilio Estefan, two trailblazing artists who defied the odds with their talent, determination, and unwavering belief in each other. Your registration fee includes your show ticket, private reception with complimentary food and cash bar. The reception space will also be available during intermission of the show.

The reunions and awards celebration is a unique opportunity to bring together all of our 2026 specialized celebrations under one roof. Healthcare Studies turns 10, we celebrate our incredible nursing program, this year’s alumni and friend award recipients and so much more at this complimentary event, with heavy hors d'oeuvres and bar service included.

Theatre 50th Anniversary Informal Performances - 4 pm

The Theatre and Speech Communication Department is thrilled to host a Theatre Alumni Showcase, as we celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Theatre Major at Salem State! Department alumni will offer various performances on the mainstage of the Sophia Gordon Center.

Party on McKeown Plaza (POMP) - 6 pm 

McKeown Plaza North Campus Celebrating is our eleventh year, join Viking friends and families for the biggest party of the year. Enjoy food trucks, beer, wine, entertainment and so much more! This event is likely to sell out, so don’t delay, get your tickets today!
