Join us for an introductory workshop for students, faculty, staff, and community members interested in understanding how immigration policies impact our community!
This Zoom session will provide an accessible overview of common U.S. immigration statuses, including the rights, privileges, and limitations of each. Participants will also learn about pathways to lawful status, including family-based processes and humanitarian protections, with complex concepts explained in clear, straightforward language.
We will share resources available to undocumented students and their allies, including access to higher education and tuition equity, entrepreneurship opportunities, and campus and community support systems.
Whether you want to better support students, expand your knowledge, or engage in thoughtful conversations about immigration, this workshop offers practical information and meaningful context in a welcoming, inclusive setting!
