Join The Center for Justice and Liberation for an intimate conversation exploring the intersection of Christianity and the LGBTQ+ community. During this program, Salem State University faculty will lead an informed discussion on the historical, cultural, and theological interpretations of Christian scripture as they relate to LGBTQ+ identities.
The event will also feature a panel of LGBTQ+ clergy and faith leaders from the community. They will share their personal experiences in ministry, discuss the challenges and joys of living openly in their faith, and answer audience questions in a thoughtful and welcoming conversation.
Food will be provided.
