Imagine the exciting possibilities of studying history in one of America's most historic regions.

Salem, Massachusetts is home to the China Trade, Nathaniel Hawthorne, Nathaniel Bowditch, spectacular historic buildings, witch trials, amazing museums, and a college with a history department that is dedicated to teaching as well as utilizing this rich historical legacy. Study and learn with our 17 full-time history faculty and over 250 undergraduate majors in diverse fields including Asian, African, Latin American, European and the United States history.
