The Grants Office and Corporate and Foundation Relations Office are responsible for assisting faculty and staff with seeking funding from external sources to support a wide variety of research projects, campus initiatives, student opportunities and assistance, and capital improvements. All projects require departmental leadership approval before a grant application or sponsorship request can be submitted. Services include:
- Grant Seeking: grant search & identifying funding prospects, collaborations & partnerships, relationship building
- Grant Application Submission: writing & editing, budget development, submission
- Post-Award: award notice, publicity, reporting & stewardship
The Grants Office works with public agencies at the federal, state, and municipal levels. The Corporate and Foundation Relations Office maintains relationships with regional businesses, private foundations, and non-profit organizations.
