Vaccine and Booster Clinics at Salem State University

We are pleased to let you know that Salem State has partnered with Transformative Healthcare to host a series of COVID-19 vaccine and booster clinics on our campus.
 

Vaccine and Booster Clinics for the North Shore Community 

COVID-19 vaccine and booster clinics will be available for members of the North Shore community, including Salem State students, employees and their families. These clinics will offer pediatric doses of the Pfizer vaccine, the Pfizer vaccine and booster, and the Moderna booster.  

When: Saturday, January 22, Saturday, January 29 and Saturday, February 5 from 10 am–6 pm 

Where: South Campus Gymnasium, Harrington Building, 11 Harrison Road, Salem, MA, 01970  

Register: Registration recommended, walk-in’s welcome. Register for your vaccine or booster shot.

Additional Details: The clinic is free. Please bring photo identification, your CDC card with first and/or second dose information (if applicable), and your health insurance card (if available, insurance not required).  

 

Booster-Only Clinics for Salem State Students and Employees 

COVID-19 booster clinics are for Salem State students and employees who have been fully vaccinated. All three booster types – Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson – will be available. 

When: Wednesday, January 26 and Wednesday, February 2 from 12-7 pm 

Where: O’Keefe Sports Complex, 225 Canal Street, Salem, MA, 01970

Register: Registration recommended, walk-in’s welcome. Register for a booster-only clinic.

Additional Details: Booster-only clinics are free. Please bring photo identification, your CDC card with first and/or second dose information, and your health insurance card (if available, insurance not required).
