We are excited to share that the Frederick E. Berry Institute of Politics at Salem State and the Salem News are partnering to hold a Salem Mayoral debate on campus. Please register to join us at 7:30 pm on October 18 in The Sophia Gordon Center for Creative and Performing Arts.
Salem Mayor Kimberley Driscoll and Salem Ward 7 Councillor Steve Dibble will be questioned by a panel of Viking students in a debate moderated by Salem News Editor Dave Olson. Masks are required, and The Sophia will be filled to 75 percent capacity.
We look forward to bringing this opportunity to our campus and the rest of the city.
