Introducing Library Service Desk Tickets

The Berry Library and ITS are pleased to announce our new collaboratively designed Library Service Desk Ticketing System Portal! The system is a dedicated online hub where you can request library services and report problems. Your request will receive a unique tracking number and you can check the status of your request at any time. It works like IT Help, but for library questions.

How do I submit a Library Service Ticket? It’s easy!
