This workshop will explore yoga, meditation and breathing techniques to calm and connect the mind, body, and spirit. Learn practical, easy-to-use techniques to help you combat stress and enhance your sense of well-being and balance in your daily life.
This three-part workshop is offered on February 26, March 4 and March 11 from 7-8 pm in the Gassett Fitness Center. Participants are encouraged to attend all three dates, but welcome to attend the date that works best for them.
