Please join us for an Introductory Yoga Class designed to support those who
have been impacted by sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence and/or
stalking, wherever they are in their healing process. This style of yoga has been
shown to help reduce trauma-related symptoms, anxiety, and depression.
No prior yoga experience is necessary. The series is open to all people regardless of age, gender identity, race, ethnicity, body type, and physical ability. All are welcome.
Class is open to Salem State undergraduate and graduate students only.
If you are interested in signing up for this class, please fill out this form in order to be connected to the facilitator (Kristen Homan, LICSW, PEAR Victim Advocate).
