Salem State University’s annual Womxn’s Leadership Conference, “Empowered Womxn, Empower Womxn,” will be held on March 29, 2020, from 11 am—4:30 pm.

During this year’s conference students, professionals, faculty, and community members will be coming together to uplift one and another through finding areas of connection, skill-building, and supporting each other while also acknowledging areas of privilege and oppression. This year’s conference will host a networking brunch, keynote speaker, breakout sessions, and self-care activities that will holistically advance participants.

The meaning behind "Womxn": You may have noticed the intentional spelling of “Womxn,” which was integrated to be inclusive to our trans* identifying womxn, womxn of color, and any other self-identifying womxn interested in joining us for the day.

This year’s conference will host a networking brunch, keynote speaker, breakout sessions, and self-care activities that will holistically advance participants.
