Course evaluations will be conducted at Salem State from Wednesday, November 30 until Tuesday, December 13, 2022. Your feedback is important to faculty and helps them make adjustments to the course in the future.
Course evaluations are anonymous and are not provided to faculty until after the course ends. They also play a role in personnel evaluations and in curriculum planning.
Thank you for taking the time to complete the course evaluations. There will be two versions of the evaluation: digital (online) and paper.
- Digital forms will be emailed to students enrolled in courses with an online component: fully online (both synchronous and asynchronous), hybrid, HyFlex. You will receive multiple email reminders during the evaluation period until you respond.
- Paper forms will be used for in-person classes (e.g., lecture, lab, seminar).
- Paper forms will also be used for non-lecture/non-lab classes, such as in-person activity/off campus classes, directed studies, clinicals, field, applied instrument instruction, internships, student teaching.
Note: Evaluations are not administered in courses with five or fewer students to ensure the confidentiality of student respondents.
Students may contact Disability Services to request an accommodation to complete an evaluation.
