Join the fun on Alumni Plaza on September 14 at 10 am

Salem State University has a new Blubike Hub right in front of Ellison Center, one of several new hubs across the City of Salem. Join President Keenan, Mayor Driscoll, and representatives from Blue Cross Blue Shield and Lyft as we cut the ribbon and celebrate the expansion of this amazing bike share program. There will be tables with sustainabilitty and biking information, swag, and opportunities to take a bike for a short spin.

Bluebike 30-day passes are FREE during the Orange Line shutdown. Sign up by September 18th for 30 days of unlimited 45-minute rides. In the app, select "Monthly Memberships" which will show zero cost. It is a perfect time to try a Bluebike and to check out the bike path extension from Central Campus to downtown Salem behind Domino's. Or bike to the newly renovated Forest River Park. Both locations have hubs where you can return your bikes and get another one after you're done exploring.
