Join campus life and recreation fitness coordinator Keli Howe as we take our “Mindful Monday” outdoors and hit the trails for a walk/run.
We will meet at the Gassett Fitness Center and Keli will lead you to the Salem bike path for a walking/running workout to explore the great outdoors right next to campus. Feel free to walk or run, this is open to all fitness levels. Registration closes Friday, April 23. Register today!
