Stop by Marsh Dining Hall for lunch on Monday, April 10 between 11 am and 4 pm. Enjoy a greater selection of vegan options to kick off Earth Days. Sodexo's Chef Josh is planning to prepare specials including his Impossible Shepherd's Pie and his Jack Fruit Tacos (at the Global Station). There will still be meat options but everyone will have a chance to try new dishes.
Sustainability Council Interns will be tabling at the entrance to the dining hall from 11 am-1 pm with information about the environmental benefits of plant-based foods and they will have a game to play!
There will also be vegan Brown Butter and Sea Salt Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies to take away while supplies last.
