Missing information, inaccurate stories, and stereotypes perpetuate myths about "Thanksgiving" — when we first describe an accurate First Nations perspective, it's often because we have all grown up in a system that has made truths invisible.
In this workshop on November 18, hear from workshop speaker Claudia A. Fox Tree, M.Ed. as we explore the colonial system, several primary sources, how language perpetuates invisibility, and our own role in dismantling oppression to bring accurate counter-narratives to life.
